JAMES M. CALDWELL, CPA, CRC, EA, ATA Jim, President of Caldwell, Ott & Co., CPA's, graduated in 1963 with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University. He also received a Master of Arts in Public Service Honoris Causa from the University of Rio Grande in 1990 and Doctor of Public Service Honoris Causa from the University of Rio Grande in 2005. Jim is a Certified Public Account, a Certified Retirement Counselor and a member of the Ohio Society of CPA's. He is also the President of the Ross County Board of Commissioners, Director of the Vinton County National Bank, Trustee of the University of Rio Grande and a member of the Board of Standards of the International Foundation for Retirement Education. Jim is an active member of the Trinity United Methodist Church and currently serves as chairman of the finance committee. He is also a trustee for the David Meade Massie Trust and is a member of the Board of Directors of Economic Development Alliance of Southern Ohio. Jim resides in Chillicothe, Ohio with his wife, Pam. He has two children, Jennifer L. Domo and James P. Caldwell and four grandchildren, Emma Lynn Domo, Christopher Domo, Caleb Caldwell and Madeline Caldwell. SUSAN M. OTT, CPA, CRC, EA, ATA Sue received her Bachelors of Business Administration from Ohio University in 1987 with majors in accounting and finance. She joined the firm on a part time basis in 1986 while still a student. Sue is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Retirement Counselor and a member of the Ohio Society of CPA's. Community involvement is important to Sue and she has been a part of several organizations including the United Way, Red Cross, Chillicothe Jaycees and Chillicothe Business and Professional Women.  She is also the Chairman of the Ross County Convention Facilities Authority Board. Sue is a life long member of St. Peter's Catholic Church and has served in various capacities.  She is currently chairman of the St. Peter's Church Finance Council and serves on the Bishop Flaget School Finance Oversite Committee. She is currently an active Chillicothe High School parent and has been involved with the Band Boosters and Choral Boosters. Sue lives in Chillicothe with her husband Dave and daughter Jessica. Her interests include spending time with her family, walking, photography and traveling.

JODY NORMAN Jody has been an employee with Caldwell, Ott & Co., CPA's since 1993.  She is a 1980 graduate of Adena High School and has an Associate Degree in Business from Ohio University.  Jody resides on Owl Creek Road, Frankfort, Ohio with her husband, Mark and their two children, Jessica and Matthew, who are both attending Shawnee State University.  Jody was a past 4-H advisor and member of the Ross County 4-H Advisory Board.  Her hobbies include gardening, cooking, traveling and genealogy.  Jody enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
KAREN RICKEY Karen has been an employee with Caldwell, Ott & Co., CPA's since 1999.  She has an Associate Degree in Accounting.  Karen resides in Chillicothe with her husband Kevin and son Christopher.  Her daughter Vannessa also resides in Chillicothe.  Karen is an active member of Andersonville United Methodist Church where she is on a number of committees.  Karen enjoys reading, traveling, crafts and spending time with her family and friends.
MEGAN MILLER Megan has been an employee with Caldwell, Ott & Co., CPA’s since 2003.  She is a 2004 graduate of Chillicothe High School and a 2006 graduate of Ohio University-Chillicothe with an Associate Degree in Business Management.  She got married in October 2006.  Her husband Logan and her are expecting their first child in January 2009. She loves spending time with her family and friends.
SARAH COLLINS Sarah has been an employee with Caldwell, Ott & Co., CPA's since September of 2006.  She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.  She majored in accounting and studied international business.  She interned at three other accounting firms and was a teaching assistant for a Financial Accounting class during her college career.  Sarah is also a 2001 graduate of Zane Trace High School.  She now resides in Kingston.  Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
MATT NORMAN Matt graduated salutatorian of his class at Paint Valley High School in 2007.  He is currently a sophomore at Shawnee State University where he is majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.  Matt has been an intern at Caldwell, Ott & Co. since 2007.  He resides just outside of Chillicothe with his parents, Mark and Jody, and sister Jessica.  Matt enjoys hunting, working out, playing sports, going to church at Storms Chapel, and spending time with his girlfriend Tristan.
